Manager with 20 years of experience specializing in investor relations, capital markets, and fundraising. Currently serving as Director of Investor Relations at Capital Park. Previously held the position of Senior Fundraising Director at MCI Capital, a leading private equity fund in the CEE region, managing assets worth €650 million. Paweł also has advisory experience, including as a Board Advisor at the Budapest Stock Exchange and as an Advisor for Poland at the London Stock Exchange through the Elite program, providing strategic advice to companies considering IPOs in London. Previously, he served as Director of Client Relations at the Warsaw Stock Exchange, where he was responsible for strategic projects for the Group. Paweł gained extensive international experience working for leading banks such as Raiffeisen Centrobank, where he handled equity sales in the CEE region and relationships with Polish funds, as well as Deutsche Bank and Barclays Capital in London in capital markets teams. Paweł holds a BA degree from Middlesex University Business School and an MBA from Warsaw University of Technology.
