Managing Director
Pál Forgács has been Managing Director of the Emonika development in Ljubljana since early 2021, overseeing one of the most significant private investments in Slovenia. Under his leadership, the long-anticipated construction phase began in 2025. Prior to this, he gained international experience in real estate finance and biotech. He began his career in the banking sector, spending 15 years at Hungary’s then second-largest bank, where he led real estate financing and international banking relations, contributing to major development projects in Hungary and the region.
