Miroslav Tavel is the Managing Partner and co-founder of OPC Holding a.s., a real estate development and investment platform focused on retail parks and income-producing commercial assets across Central and Eastern Europe. He has over eight years of experience in retail real estate development, asset management, and investment structuring. Under his leadership, OPC has delivered and managed dozens of retail park projects, launched a Qualified Investor Fund (SICAV), and expanded its operations beyond Slovakia. Miroslav is known for aligning developer and investor interests through co-investment, disciplined project execution, and a strong focus on sustainability and long-term value creation.
