Milos Stefanovic is Managing Director and Head of Public Sector Banking for EMEA at Citi, based in London, with over 25 years of experience in corporate banking and finance. He spent nearly two decades covering natural resources industries, advising on complex, large-scale transactions across power, renewables, oil and gas, commodities and emerging technologies. Throughout his career, he has worked with major clients including Shell, Vitol, National Grid, MVM and CEZ, providing strategic support on financing, structuring and execution. Since November 2024, he has been leading Citi’s public sector banking activities across EMEA, working with sovereigns, state-owned enterprises, central banks and international financial institutions. Milos holds an MBA from INSEAD and a PhD and BEng in Engineering from the University of Surrey.
