Mihaela Petruescu has been, since 2025, the Country Director for Property Services Romania & Poland at Nhood, a company providing integrated real estate services and solutions, present across Europe and Africa. With nearly 20 years of experience in real estate, Mihaela brings strong expertise in property management and leasing, operational performance, and the coordination of multidisciplinary teams. Previously, she held leadership roles in companies such as Cushman & Wakefield Echinox and CBRE Romania, where she managed complex portfolios across the retail, office, and logistics sectors, covering a full range of real estate services - from leasing and operational management to asset performance optimization. In her current role, Mihaela oversees the Property Retail and Office, Leasing Services, Specialty Leasing, and Operational Marketing teams, with a focus on operational excellence, alignment of business strategies, and the development of the portfolio in Romania and Poland.
