Michał joined Colliers in 2021 as Director, Head of Living Services. He is responsible for the development and delivery of residential real estate services, ranging from advising and supporting clients in the planning and execution of living sector projects (including build-to-rent schemes, student housing, senior living, and for-sale apartments), through business development and transaction support, to asset management, including leasing and sales conducted on behalf of investors and developers. Michał has over fifteen years of experience in the residential real estate sector, covering both build-to-sell and build-to-rent projects. Prior to joining Colliers, he held the position of Partner and Business Development Director at Platinum Group, the largest serviced apartment operator in the market. Earlier in his career, as a member of the management boards of Skanska Residential Development Poland and Atlas Estates, he was responsible for land acquisition and the preparation of new residential projects, as well as close cooperation with development teams in the areas of design, sales, marketing, and after-sales services. The teams he led delivered over 7,000 apartments and commercial units to the market. In addition, Michał has been a lecturer for over six years at the University of Gdańsk Postgraduate Programme “Real Estate and Development Project Management,” where he teaches courses in development activities and residential property management. In 2025, in recognition of his experience, Michał was appointed Co-Chair of the Urban Living Product Council, becoming part of the core leadership team driving the direction and execution of ULI Poland’s agenda.
