Michał Witkowski joined Colliers in 2021 as Director of the Living Services Department. He is responsible for advising and supporting clients in the development and implementation of residential projects, including rental apartments, dormitories and seniors housing, supporting transactions in the area of institutional leasing, as well as managing the process of sale or lease of apartments that Colliers conducts on behalf of clients. He has many years of experience in the residential real estate market, which includes acting as Partner and Business Development Director at Platinum Group, Sales Director and Board Member at Skanska Residential Development in Poland, as well as Sales and Marketing Director at Atlas Estates Polska.
