Michał Leszczyński is an expert in investment process law, a legislator, graduate of the National School of Public Administration. Since 2012, worked at the Ministry of Construction, involved in shaping the regulatory framework for the real estate sector. From 2017 to 2018, he served as Deputy Director of the Department. From 2019 to 2023, Director of the Office responsible for urban planning and regional development strategy at the Central Communication Port. Since 2023, a legal expert at the Polish Association of Developers, specialising in spatial planning, construction processes, and sustainable development. Advisor on investment processes for both public and private sectors. Team member in the scientific project titled "A new model of regional and local spatial planning to ensure the resilience and safety of Poland’s spatial structure in the context of contemporary development challenges", funded under the Strategic Research and Development Program "Social and Economic Development of Poland in the Conditions of Globalizing Markets" (GOSPOSTRATEG). Author and co-author of legal publications, including a commentary on the Act on Spatial Planning and Development and the Special Housing Act.
