Martina is a Chief Operating Officer in Dostupné bydlení České Spořitelny, where she is responsible for acquisitions and asset management of built-to-rent residential projects. She gained her previous expertise in GE Real Estate, where she focused on commercial and residential real estate transactions, and Kooperativa, Vienna Insurance Group, with a focus on investment portfolio and built-to-rent residential segment. In total, she has gained more than 15 years of experience in the financial and real estate sector, both in the Czech Republic and abroad, which has contributed to her broad expertise and outlook. Martina graduated from the University of Economics in Prague with a focus on banking and law and gained international study experience in the USA.
