Manager, Feasibility & Development Finance
Martin Hristov is Manager, Feasibility & Development Finance at Hyatt’s EAME regional headquarters in Zurich, where he oversees feasibility across Hyatt’s portfolio of brands in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. With experience spanning hotel operations, property-level finance, corporate finance and development feasibility, Martin brings a broad commercial perspective to the evaluation of new growth opportunities. Since joining Hyatt, he has held both hotel and regional roles, including at Hyatt Regency Zurich Airport and within Hyatt’s EAME Corporate Finance team, before joining Feasibility & Development Finance. A Bulgarian national based in Zurich, Martin holds degrees in hospitality and business management from César Ritz Colleges Switzerland and Washington State University.
