Head of Smart Infrastructure
Mariusz Kondraciuk has been with Siemens since 2000 and currently serves as Head of Smart Infrastructure in Poland. He leads the development and delivery of integrated solutions for building technologies and power distribution, supporting digital transformation and energy efficiency across the built environment. He began his career in the energy sector in 1994 and has since held a number of senior leadership roles. At Siemens, he has spent more than two decades driving the development of smart infrastructure solutions and promoting innovative technologies for energy systems and modern urban environments.
