Marek Kalma has worked for Penta Real Estate from 2008, where he was responsible for development and management of Bory Mall and Bory Retail Zone. He was also in charge of Penta’s Kosice office development, Business Centrum Tesla, with its all three phases. After leaving the company in 2019 he set up investment and asset management company Occam Real Estate. The company's first closed acquisition was Business Centrum Tesla, phase 1.
