Marcin Stokowiec, CCIM, MRICS, has been actively involved in the commercial real estate market for over 25 years, specialising in the comprehensive management of investment processes related to retail properties. For more than three years, he has been part of Nhood Polska, where, following an internal restructuring, he leads one of the company’s three business lines as Head of Development. He is responsible for the preparation of the largest retail projects in the country and for the strategic growth of the DEV business line. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Civil Engineering at Warsaw University of Technology and holds an MBA degree from Oxford Brookes University. Throughout his career, he has held managerial positions in renowned companies such as Plaza Centers, Mace, and Apsys, participating in numerous projects across Poland, including landmark developments such as Złote Tarasy in Warsaw and Posnania in Poznań. A licensed real estate broker and property manager, he remains actively engaged in the development of the investment sector and the management of commercial real estate projects. His extensive hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of all stages of the investment process make him a recognised expert in the planning and execution of retail developments.
