Head of Investment Real Estate
Manuel is Head of Investment Real Estate at VIG Fund (part of Vienna Insurance Group), where he is responsible for acquisitions and portfolio management across Central and Eastern Europe. Based in Vienna, he oversees a diversified €500 million office and retail portfolio, with direct responsibility for asset management in Poland and Latvia, as well as for the fund’s ESG strategy. He leads end-to-end investment processes, including due diligence, structuring, and execution. With 20 years of experience in real estate and hospitality, he has a strong track record in cross-border transactions, asset management, and value creation. Prior to joining VIG, he held senior roles at Vienna House, where he was responsible for asset management, investments, and operations across multiple European markets.
