She has 18 years of experience in the commercial real estate market. Currently, at Apsys Polska, she is responsible for identifying new business opportunities and acquiring customers, as well as developing relationships with current business partners. Her task is also to manage the ESG area in the company, which is included in the company's strategic goal. As an ESG Officer, she is a leader of processes related to all aspects of ESG, including the implementation and conduct of the Apsys Group's policy, implementation of ESG initiatives and preparation of the annual sustainability report. In this respect, she cooperates closely with the company's headquarters in France. She is a member of CCIM and PLGBC. Privately, she is the President of Fundacja Człowiek Może and a Mentor in mentoring programs, including Top Woman in Real Estate.
