Luiza Moraru has been Head of the Property Management division for Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) of CBRE since 2018. The real estate consultancy agency manages nine million sqm of retail, industrial and office spaces in this region. She has been working at CBRE for 18 years and believes that the quality of the agency’s services is the quality of its people. Her responsibility remains to ensure that the team has an efficient platform and state-of-the-art tools to strive, grow and deliver an exceptional service to CBRE clients. In 2013, Luiza and her team launched the Property Management division in Romania, which soon became the market leader, with over 850,000 sqm under management at present.
