Liliana Avram is the Human Resources Director for Romania and Bulgaria at Citi, a leading global bank and a trusted partner for companies with cross‑border needs. Liliana is responsible for aligning the human capital strategy with business objectives, talent management, and fostering a culture that supports Citi’s mission and values. She is actively involved in inclusion management programs and has been a member of the Citi Women Network committee—an internal network supporting female leadership—since 2013. Throughout her career at Citi, Liliana has been involved in major M&A and organisational change initiatives, consistently striving for the best outcomes for the team. Before joining Citi in 2007, Liliana Avram worked at OTP Bank and Lugera and Makler in human resources consulting roles. She holds a degree in Psychology, followed by a master’s program in Organisational Psychology. She is also Hogan Assessment certified and a student in the CIPD Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management. Liliana is passionate about continuous learning and supporting others in their professional development.
