Krisztina Enzsöl joined ATENOR in September 2023 as Leasing Manager. ATENOR is a renowned real estate developer currently active in 10 European countries. The company’s Hungarian development activity began in 2008 with the first phases of the Váci Greens office campus, which were awarded several international acknowledgements, since then the development portfolio expanded by the handover of the first building of the Aréna Business Campus office complex, the premium category RoseVille, and Baker Street Phase I. Krisztina is a well-known player on the office market since she was a core member of Cushman & Wakefield Hungary for more than 20 years. She started her carrier in Property Management, and she was the Tenant Liaison Manager of East-West Business Center on behalf of AIB Polonia. She joined the Office Agency Department in 2008 where she worked as an Associate from 2020. She participated in several large-scale transactions. Her most important tenant representation clients were GE, Oracle, Nestlé, Philip Morris, DLA Piper, Genesys, Diligent, Intrum, among others and TriGranit, Al Habthoor, CPI, Erste, GTC, etc. from the landlord’s side. At ATENOR, Krisztina is responsible for the leasing, marketing and sales activities of ongoing projects.
