Supervisory Board Member
Konrad Płochocki currently serves as Co-Director at Alides Poland, Supervisory Board Member at Nowy Adres S.A. and the Polish Association of Developers (PZFD), and Member of the Board of Directors of Build Europe. He is an attorney-at-law and real estate expert with over 20 years of experience at the intersection of legal advisory, market regulation, investment and business strategy. Previously, for 12 years, he served as Director General of PZFD. For a decade, Konrad also served as a member of the Supervisory Board of Archicom S.A., one of Poland’s leading residential developers and a Warsaw Stock Exchange-listed company. This long-term role gave him extensive experience in corporate governance, oversight and strategic decision-making in a listed real estate company. He has also held advisory roles in the real estate industry, including at Stocznia Cesarska Development.
