Karol graduated in 2001 from the University of Economics in Bratislava and started his career in real estate in 2003. He worked for Slovenská sporiteľňa for 19 years, including 14 years as Head of Real Estate Finance, managing a real estate portfolio of €1.5 billion and 250 real estate projects. Since January 2025, he has been the Investment Director at an Affordable housing company, providing modern, sustainable, and accessible living in over 400 apartments.
