Julie Paulson brings nearly 15 years of experience with leading international companies, including IBM, KPMG and P3, with a strong focus on commercial strategy, business development and customer relationship management. She spent 11 years with a major European industrial real estate developer, playing a key role in its growth and leading business development activities across 12 European markets. During this time, she worked with a portfolio of assets valued at more than €12 billion and managed relationships with major multinational clients, particularly in the logistics sector. More recently, she gained first-hand insight into the growing presence of Chinese companies in the European market through her experience in Asia. As Chief Commercial Officer at Urbanity, Julie leverages her international experience to support the company’s next phase of growth, strengthen its commercial strategy and help take the business to the next level. Julie holds a Master’s degree from a US university and has also completed executive management education in the UK.
