Julia Groenewold is the ESG Manager at Principal Real Estate Europe and has over 15 years of experience in the sustainability area and over three years in the real estate industry. Julia works closely with fund and asset managers to improve Principal Real Estate’s ESG performance. She makes sure that each individual asset complies with current sustainability legislation and strives to exceed compliance by setting higher standards.
