Jonathan joined Benson Elliot in 2014 and now leads the firm's European Asset Management platform, managing over 1 billion AUM. His role involves both direct and indirect asset management, leasing and repositioning strategies across a variety of opportunistic and value add real estate assets. These include mixed use schemes; retail; offices; industrial; senior living and residential assets across Europe. Key countries include Germany, Spain, Belgium, Poland, Italy and the United Kingdom.
