A Chartered Architect and Engineer, Joey drives climate, social, and nature programmes across €26bn of real estate portfolios in the EU and APAC as the Net Zero & Sustainability Lead at Savills Investment Management. With over a decade of international experience spanning design, engineering, sustainability advisory, and client-side ESG leadership, he combines commercial acumen with technical design expertise to deliver sustainable outcomes that shape resilient futures. Recognised as a finalist for the 2025 Unlock Net Zero Awards, a highly commended Newcastle University alumnus, and a CIBSE Ken Dale bursary recipient, Joey is a published author on retrofit and heat electrification, and an active sustainability voice contributing to leading industry working groups. Passionate about equity and inclusion, he serves on his firm’s Social Mobility Committee, mentors through CIBSE and STEM programmes, and lectures at the University College London (UCL).
