Managing Director
João Saracho is a real estate investment and development professional with over 12 years of experience in the CEE market, spanning residential, commercial, and alternative asset classes. He has sourced, negotiated, and structured multiple large-scale investment opportunities, leading end-to-end development teams across due diligence, acquisition, licensing, execution, and financing. Solida Capital Europe has been active in the CEE region since 2020, and João has, since its inception, been the Managing Director of the investment firm directly responsible for the CEE markets. Throughout his career, João has delivered more than 1,750 completed residential and commercial units (approximately €180M in net property value), across 14 projects in Poland, and concluded major transactions, including an A-class office building. In the last two years, he has also led nine land acquisitions totalling over €40 million, and successfully executed regulated bond issuances in Poland to finance real estate developments.
