Jerzy Brodzikowski serves as the General Manager of CIC Warsaw Innovation Campus, the premier private innovation campus in the CEE region, and is a Board Member of the Venture Café Warsaw Foundation, which fosters open innovation through bi-weekly meetups attracting up to 500 participants. With over a decade of experience in managing flexible workspaces and innovation ecosystems, Jerzy previously held key roles in management, business, and community development at HubHub Warsaw and TechHub Warsaw within the Google for Startups Campus. Earlier in his career, he directed international cooperation at the Lech Wałęsa Institute, where he co-organized the 2013 World Summit of Nobel Peace Laureates, and worked as an analyst at the think tank demosEuropa. Jerzy studied at Florida International University, Sciences-Po, and Civitas University, and completed the Advanced Leadership Program at the Center for Leadership Poland. In 2023, he received the "Manager Award" from Manager Report magazine.
