Jan Zaworski has over 15 years of experience in communication and marketing, specialising in strategic advisory for commercial real estate companies. As Head of Marketing & Communication at Savills, Jan introduced a new marketing strategy based on data-driven digital marketing, client care, thought leadership, social selling and employee advocacy. He leads a team of executives responsible for enhancing brand awareness of Savills in Poland and providing property marketing services to its clients. Since he joined Savills in 2017, the company doubled its size and won multiple awards for the best real estate advisor in Poland. Previously, he worked as a Director in two leading local PR agencies, the very first PR agency established in Poland and the largest PR agency in Poland, where he provided communication advisory to such clients as Cushman & Wakefield, Ghelamco Poland, SEGRO, Procter & Gamble and British Airways. Jan is a graduate of the Warsaw University and postgraduate at the Warsaw School of Economics.
