Jan Bryndza has been steering Alto Real Estate as its Business Director and board member since its inception in 2022, drawing upon 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, development, and investments. Prior to this, he spent 6 years as the Head of Leasing at Penta Real Estate and another 3 years as the Head of Office Agency at Cushman & Wakefield and consultant for the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. In his current role, Jan directs the commercial real estate portfolio, leads acquisitions, and oversees residential development projects.
