Business Development Director
Jakub has been active on the Slovak industrial real estate market for nearly a decade. He began his career in technology advisory before moving into real estate, where he later led the Industrial & Logistics team at JLL Slovakia. In this role, he managed business development and strategic growth while overseeing numerous transactions, including complex build-to-suit projects for clients such as DSV, HAVI Logistics, Constellium and GymBeam. After founding his own advisory firm in 2023, Jakub joined Panattoni as Business Development Director for Slovakia. He focuses on redefining logistics assets in line with evolving occupier needs, sustainability standards and long-term investment value, from strategic land positioning to future-ready industrial development.
