As Transaction Director at Accolade Poland, Jakub Leszczyński is responsible for overseeing all transaction processes, including the financing and refinancing of projects, the selection and structuring of development processes, and the acquisition of existing industrial properties. His role also covers portfolio coordination, maintaining relationships with key partners – including Polish and international financial institutions – and supervising investment risk management. Jakub has been with Accolade for nearly eight years, contributing to the dynamic growth of the company's portfolio in Poland. Among his notable achievements is leading one of the largest refinancing transactions in Poland's industrial real estate sector, valued at approximately EUR 300 million and arranged with Aareal Bank. He specialises in managing transactional processes for the industrial real estate sector, advising on the structuring of development projects, sustainable financing solutions, and the sale and acquisition of logistics assets. He is also a recognised market commentator, regularly sharing expert views in the media on financing conditions and the industrial real estate market. Jakub holds a Law degree from the University of Warsaw, is a member of the Warsaw Bar Association of Legal Advisors, and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
