Jakub Guziński brings over 15 years of experience at the intersection of commercial real estate, sustainability and technology. He built his real estate foundation in property and asset management at CBRE, and later headed the growth department at JWA, a green building and ESG consultancy serving commercial real estate clients. Most recently at SINGU, a CAFM and property operations platform, he works with owners, asset managers and FM providers across CEE/SEE, helping them turn day-to-day building operations, from maintenance and compliance to ESG data, into a measurable part of asset performance.
