Imre-Gustav Vellamaa has 30+ years of business experience in different local and international projects. Since the exit of sanitary equipment wholesaler La Spa to a Chinese manufacturing company in 2017, he has been supporting the Real Estate industry's sustainability and technical management efficiency goals with the power of AI. Imre is a co-founder of R8 Technologies, which has its headquarters in Tallinn, Estonia.
