Ing. Igor Klajmon is an experienced manager in the field of real estate development and has been serving as Chief Development Officer at Sekyra Group since 2016. In his role, he is responsible for the preparation and implementation of large-scale residential and commercial projects in Prague, particularly the transformation of major brownfield sites into new urban districts such as Smíchov City, Rohan City, and Žižkov City. Through this work, he contributes to the development of modern urban infrastructure and the long-term urban planning concept of the Czech capital. Prior to joining Sekyra Group, he held senior positions at CPI Property Group, Avestus, and Bovis Lend Lease, where he gained extensive experience in the preparation and execution of development projects in the Czech Republic and abroad. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Civil Engineering at Brno University of Technology. He also studied at Mackenzie University in São Paulo and at London Business School. He is a chartered engineer and a member of the Czech Chamber of Authorized Engineers and Technicians Active in Construction (ČKAIT).
