Deputy Fund Manager
Ieva Vitaityte is Deputy Fund Manager at Capitalica Asset Management, one of the leading real estate investment management companies in the Baltic region. In her role, she contributes to shaping the strategic direction for the firm's property funds, focusing on investment performance, asset management, and fund growth across the Baltics and CEE. She also works closely with institutional real estate investors across the CEE region. Ieva previously led the Research and Strategic Advisory functions at CBRE across the Baltics, contributing also to the effort of the wider CEE region, advising private and public investors on commercial real estate feasibility analysis, ESG integration, commercial due diligence, portfolio strategy, and cross-border transactions.
