Gábor Kutas is the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of RECORDE Asset Management, part of CONCORDE Group. RECORDE Asset Management aims to become a leading real estate investment management platform in the Central European region, providing the most reliable general partners/developers with a prudent, transparent, and commercially outstanding opportunity to raise mezzanine capital for their best risk-return projects. Besides being a co-founder, Gábor’s main responsibilities at RECORDE include overseeing the investment division and product development, as well as managing investor relations. Drawing on his experience gained at London-based banks and various European stock exchanges, he ran DCF Consulting from 2005 until 2015, where he served as Managing Partner for ten years. Between 2016 and 2021, he held the positions of Deputy CEO and Member of the Board at Biggeorge Asset Management, where he contributed to achieving significant success. He began his studies at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, later completing his undergraduate degree in Management at UMIST in Manchester. He then earned a Master’s degree in International Finance from CERAM ESC Business School in France and obtained his academic degree from the Université de Nice.
