Ewa has 25 years of vast experience in real estate. She worked as a property director, head of leasing, head of asset management for Central Europe, COO Poland and fund manager. Working for AEW for more than 9 years she currently heads the asset management department responsible for CEE and Nordics. Prior to joining AEW in 2014, Ewa worked at Atrium Real Estate Management, Manhattan Real Estate Management, Foras and Steen&StrØm in Poland. Ewa holds a master's degree in Political Science and a Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing. She is also a certified property and leasing manager.
