Erika Birkett-May is Director of Asset Management at Grosvenor Diversified Property Investments, overseeing a global portfolio of real estate investments and partnerships across the US, Europe, Australia, India and Brazil. Her role involves managing local operating partners and spans investment oversight, allocation, governance and strategic asset management across a diverse portfolio of joint ventures. A Chartered Surveyor with around 20 years' experience, she has worked across real estate investment, finance and advisory, including previous roles at PwC and BNP Paribas Real Estate. Erika Birkett-May also leads responsible investment strategy within Grosvenor Diversified Property Investments.
