Finance executive and manager with more than 20 years of professional experience in international corporate groups. An experienced leader specialising in operational and strategic management, as well as corporate finance. Her professional experience includes co-creating financial and commercial strategies, performance analysis, overseeing financial departments both substantively and operationally, and managing human resources, including at the international level. She has also led the implementation of organisational systems, including the integrated SAP management system. She is passionate about behavioural economics. She completed doctoral studies in economics at the Warsaw School of Economics and graduated from Kozminski University's German-language program, earning an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree.
