Edward L. Keller

Edward Keller is a partner in Dentons’ global M&A and Private Equity groups, based in Budapest. He also heads the Budapest office's Capital Markets practice. A US-qualified attorney of Hungarian descent, Edward has almost two decades of experience in M&A, private equity and capital markets matters. Over the years, he has led complex cross border M&A transactions for multinational clients, as well as for private equity and venture capital clients in the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) and Southeastern Europe (SEE) region. Edward served on the board of the HVCA between 2011 and 2014.
