Luciano Capaldo is the CEO of Polish Properties and Rina Prime Value Services International Ltd, based in the UK and Poland. He is a Chartered Civil Engineer, Architect and RICS Regulated Chartered Valuer and Building Surveyor. Past Chairman of RICS Europe and Past Member of RICS Governing Council. 35+ years of experience worldwide (EU-Asia-America-Africa) in designing, project managing and valuing several projects within the Private and Public Sectors as well as heading valuations of major assets protected by UNESCO. He joined RINA Prime Value Services S.p.A. as Head of International Development and International Valuation Department with emphasis on Sustainability, ESG and EU Taxonomy sectors.
