Dóra Kenéz has been Managing Director of the Emonika development in Ljubljana since the beginning of 2021, overseeing one of the most significant private investments in Slovenia. Prior to this, she was CEO of OTP Real Estate Investment Fund Management Co. and earlier she gained broad experience in real estate development and financing. She began her career in the banking sector, spending 20 years at Hungary’s then second-largest bank, where she led project and SME financing, contributing to major development projects in Hungary and across the region.
