Daria joined the Innova Capital team in 2023 as the ESG Director. Prior to joining Innova, as part of the Sustainability team at Deloitte Central Europe, Daria assisted clients from various industries in developing Sustainable Development strategies. Previously, she advised companies on development strategy, operational optimization, innovation, and ESG within the consulting firm Roland Berger, at Empik, and G City.
