The company’s most prestigious undertaking is the planned development on Chłodna Street in Warsaw, conceived as a haute couture residential space that reimagines luxury living on a national scale. Simultaneously, the Monting Development is advancing a residential project in central Ursynów, near the Imielin metro station and the district town hall. The company managed by Durović is also delivering the final stage of the Oxygen Park project in Gdańsk - an estate under development on a 3.5-hectare plot, ultimately comprising nearly 500 residential units.
