CBRE Czech Republic
Managing Director

Clare joined CBRE Czech Republic in 2013 as Valuation Director after her tenure at DTZ (now Cushman & Wakefield) in Prague. She became the Head of Valuation for CEE in 2014, joining the top management team in 2015, and ultimately stepping into her current role as Managing Director in March 2020. Under Clare’s leadership, CBRE Czech Republic has shown resilience and strategic growth over the past 5 years. The company has matured significantly, powered by leveraging its market-leading occupational advisory teams in the office, retail and industrial sectors to drive growth in the Investment, property management, valuation and building consultancy teams, whilst also establishing a highly competent ESG advisory service line. Looking forward, Clare aims to enhance regional collaboration within CEE, especially as Czech investors expand their investments into other countries such as Poland. Clare is a member of MRICS and her philanthropic commitment spans decades, beginning in the UK where she volunteered for organisations supporting children in need, and extending to her support of schools for disadvantaged children in Africa. An avid rower, she can be spotted training on the Vltava River at dawn before her workday begins.
