Chris Grzesik is a Recognised European Valuer, Polish qualified valuer and chartered surveyor with many years of experience as a property consultant and valuer in the UK and Central and Eastern Europe. In 1991 he set up the real estate services arm of Price Waterhouse in Poland. In 1997 he joined Healey & Baker (Cushman & Wakefield) as a partner and in 2000 he became the managing partner of King Sturge Poland. In 2004, Krzysztof set up Polish Properties Sp. z o.o. specializing in commercial real estate valuation across Poland. Chris is the Chairman of The European Group of Valuers’ Associations (TEGOVA). He is also a past Chairman of RICS Europe and a former Vice President of The Polish Federation of Valuers’ Associations.
