With over 17 years of experience in HR, Labour Law and Compliance, Catalina has brought a fresh approach to HR & Compliance, crafting tailored solutions that connect Legal Compliance with Human Empowerment. During her career, Catalina has worked in Pharma, B2B, Oil & Gas, Wellness and Real Estate fields. She is currently focused on creating a fresh and authentic organisational culture within iO Partners.
