With an experience of over 15 years in the financial-banking and real estate field in Romania, Bogdan has accumulated vast business knowledge starting from sales activity, project coordination, reorganization of activities as well as real estate development, expanding skills in the managerial area. For 4 years, he has been CEO & Development Manager at Art Property Development, a real estate development company, part of Bog’Art Group, based in Bucharest, that erects new homes and communities in some of the nation's most popular cities, each having its own unique aesthetic design, providing an aspirational lifestyle within a thriving community. Bogdan has been at the forefront of several notable projects, including the development of Art Property City — a modern residential complex in northern Bucharest, certified BREEAM Excellent for its sustainable design. He is also leading the execution of Art Property Mântuleasa, a boutique residential project located in Bucharest's historic centre. The development includes 52 apartments and 2 townhouse-style homes, harmoniously combining historic architecture with modern design, smart technologies, and sustainable elements, with a strong focus on sustainability and innovation, aiming to achieve BREEAM Excellent certification.
