Barnabás Sági is a Counsel and Co-Head of the Real Estate service line in Kinstellar’s Budapest office. He has more than 12 years of experience advising investors, developers and occupiers on complex commercial real estate and development projects, with particular expertise in logistics, industrial and build-to-suit developments. Barnabás and his team regularly support clients throughout the full development lifecycle, from site acquisition, permitting and construction through to leasing and project implementation. He has significant experience advising on large-scale manufacturing and greenfield investments, giving him a practical perspective on the real estate, infrastructure and regulatory considerations underpinning the continued growth of CEE as a logistics and manufacturing hub.
