Assi Toivakka Kelly is the Head of Investments for the Nordics at LeadCrest Capital Partners. She is responsible for executing and managing sale-leaseback and built-to-suit investments with a particular focus on that region. Prior to joining LeadCrest in 2023, Ms. Toivakka Kelly has 8 years of experience working in investment and real estate industries in Europe and Asia Pacific. Her experience includes holding an Investment Manager, VP role in a boutique real estate investment and development business in Finland and before that working as a Senior Investment Analyst at Victorian Funds Management Corporation (VFMC) in Melbourne, Australia, with a focus on unlisted real estate investments. Her earlier experience is in consulting in property economics and research team at Urbis (Australia) and capital markets advisory at CBRE Finland.
