President of the Management Board
Arn Willems is President of the Management Board of InterCapital Real Estate Ltd, a Croatian alternative investment fund manager licensed and supervised by the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (HANFA). He is responsible for the management and further development of the platform, including InterCapital Real Estate Fund Alfa, an open-ended commercial real estate fund focused on investments in Croatia and Slovenia. With more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate across Central and South-Eastern Europe, Arn has been involved in investment, asset management, development, leasing, valuation and strategic advisory assignments spanning office, retail, logistics and mixed-use real estate.
