Anna Wiśniewska is an advocate and counsel in the Real Estate and Construction Practice at CMS in Poland. She specialises in real estate transactions, representing developers, local and international investors and funds active in the CEE region. She advises on property sales and acquisitions, with a particular focus on the living and office sectors. She has participated in a number of real estate transactions, including the sale of enterprises, assets, sale of shares, as well as joint venture, build-to-suit and buy-and-lease back projects. She has advised foreign and Polish entities in connection with ongoing investments and operations.
